At KyomïKlub, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing kyomiklub@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item(s)
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. Filing a false chargeback for a legitimate purchase may result in your order being disputed with supporting documentation provided to your payment provider. KyomïKlub reserves the right to refuse future service to customers who file fraudulent chargebacks.
